Quality control before shipment

Incoming material

Resin and purchased film checked against the specification sheet before it enters the line.

In-line inspection

Thickness, width and visual defects monitored while the web is running.

Finished roll check

Roll diameter, core, splice count and seal strength sampled per lot.

Pre-shipment

Pallet count, labelling and container loading photographed before departure.
